If any item arrives in a reasonably unsatisfactory condition, you may notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. We may ask that you return the product to us, as part of our quality assurance, and once found to be defective; we will gladly replace the item. Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delays once the products leave our premises, are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

DEEKS has worn the cost of processing and handling of orders over the past years without passing on this cost to the customer. Furthermore, DEEKS has in the past, re-sent lost orders, irrespective of where the fault laid. DEEKS will no longer be re-sending orders free of charge unless it is agreed by both parties that the fault is ours. We are still largely subsidising the charge of delivery but we're now charging a flat rate to all destinations in Australia except for the ACT.

Purchase at least $100 worth of products and we will remove the delivery cost to you.
