Products

Our products range from a selection of gluten and grain free bread, pastas, pies, quiches, pizza bases, biscuits, slices and also large and small cakes, for that special occasion. All products are made with organic ingredients where possible, and no additives, artificial colours or preservatives are used at all.

What’s in them?

Ingredients consist of a range of seeds, herbs, legumes and nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio & walnuts) freshly milled into our own unique blend of flours.

Our products are highly nutritious, extremely high in protein and fibre, some are low in fat and very low in simple carbohydrates. This makes them ideal for athletes, those on low carbohydrate diets, or for those simply wanting more than just bread!

Our principal ingredient – Quinoa

One of nature’s “super foods” with massive levels of complete and natural protein, iron and fibre is our principal ingredient. Our loaves contain more quinoa than any other bread on the market.

We are proud to say that we have direct connection with the farming communities in the high altitude valleys of Bolivia. Quinoa is grown in many countries and even in different areas of Bolivia but the quinoa that we have chosen is of the highest quality and nutrition
