We aim to ship our goods in adherence with the highest standards.

Shipping costs

We are based in the Australian Capital Territory and for that reason, are able to offer discounted delivery and pick-up in this region. We understand that deliveries outside of the ACT can be expensive and for this reason, we charge a flat free to deliver to other regions within Australia and absorb some of the delivery costs to provide a benefit to our clients.

Delivery times and close-off

Our delivery close-off is 2pm on Tuesday for Australia-wide deliveries and 2pm Wednesday for ACT orders for Friday deliveries. We are closed Thursdays.

Couriers

We currently use these third party couriers:

  • Star Track

  • Australia Post

  • TNT

When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order(s) to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Wednesday. Our delivery close-off windows are 2pm on Tuesday for Australia-wide deliveries and 2pm Wednesday for ACT deliveries.

For security reasons, we have the right to reject orders.

**Please note that we don't ship or process orders on weekends.**

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed.
