Our hero and certainly our most popular product, the Quinoa Loaf is a high protein, yeast leavened bread with subtle nutty overtones. Ideal for fresh sandwiches and toasting. Unlike any other gluten free and grain free bread, the Quinoa Loaf is quite moist and doesn’t need to be toasted when eaten fresh. However, the application of heat, as in toasting, brings out it uniquely delicious flavours too. The most versatile of all our food that stands alone and compliments other ingredients splendidly.
Ingredients
Tapioca, quinoa (21%), soy flour, sunflower oil, white vinegar (from cane), yeast, sugar (to activate the yeast), salt , guar gum. Please note: while not used in this recipe, tree nuts, sesame, eggs and dairy are used in other products made in our bakery. CONTAINS SOY.
